How do I track my order?

• We will send you an email with the tracking information upon your purchase. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled, you can track it the whole way!

How do I return my order?

• All products sold by ONEPEOPLE in new condition and returned within 30 days are eligible to receive a full refund or store credit! Items that are damaged or show moderate to significant wear may be denied a refund or exchange.

What is the delivery time?

• All orders are processed and fulfilled within one business week, and sent out right away. Shipping options range from 1-8 business days for domestic orders, and 1-20 business days for international orders, depending on the courier and service you choose at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped!
